- Suggested Use
- After completing the first 14 days of Replenish and Regulate with SET A, begin SET B on Day 15. Prepare 1 herbal pack each day according to the daily sequence and cooking instructions indicated on the packaging.
- Important Note
- SET B is designed for the Nourish stage from Days 15–28 and is recommended to be used in the sequence of SET A → SET B. If you experience any special postpartum conditions or have received specific instructions from your doctor, please consult Xiao Y first for guidance on how to take the product.
