- Suggested Use
- Follow the recommended directions for each product included in the package. Refer to the respective individual product pages for detailed instructions.
- Important Note
- Day 1 Sheng Hua Tang should be prepared and consumed as one complete serving and should not be divided into two meals. So Hup Wan is not recommended if either the mother or baby has G6PD deficiency. Individuals with thalassemia are not advised to take Waist Tonic + Iron without professional guidance. If you have any special postpartum conditions, please consult Xiao Y first.

Does the 28-Day Confinement Herbal Package in the TBT version also require no cooking?＋
No. Only SWS28 Asiabell Red Date Tea is instant. The 28-day confinement herbal formulas still need to be prepared according to their respective daily cooking instructions.
