- Suggested Use
- Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy onwards. Take 1 pack every 3 days, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. To warm, pour into a bowl and microwave for approximately 1 minute, or place the unopened pack in hot water for approximately 3 minutes.

- Not recommended for individuals with branched-chain amino acid metabolism disorders, such as Maple Syrup Urine Disease (MSUD). If your doctor has provided specific dietary or nutritional advice, please follow your doctor’s recommendations.

Yes. You may continue taking 1 pack every 3 days until delivery.
Can I drink it if I have gestational diabetes or the three highs (high blood pressure, high blood sugar or high cholesterol)?＋
Each 100ml pack contains 0g sugar, 0g fat, 0mg cholesterol and 85mg sodium. If your doctor has advised specific dietary restrictions, please follow your doctor’s recommendations.
